We can assist you in administering a probate estate in Illinois or Indiana.  If your relative has died with a Will and left you as executor then we will walk you through the whole probate process and help you administer the decedent's estate until completion.  If your relative has died and there is no Will we can have a conference call with the relatives and discuss the intestate process with everyone and come to a consensus on who should be administrator so unnecessary funds are not spent fighting among relatives.  

Missing Heirs

There are many instances where heirs or legatees cannot easily be located.  We can assist in finding missing heirs throughout the U.S. We also specialize in locating missing heirs in foreign countries.
